A fantastic family adventure

Our week-long stay was filled with memorable experiences, from the variety of fun family activities to the fantastic food. The climbing wall and friendly staff made it even more enjoyable!

Unfortunately, the cramped bathroom layout detracted from the experience, and the need for improved ventilation in the dining area was noticeable at times. Some areas felt too warm for comfort.

Make sure to explore the unique mood lighting in your room, which adds an extra touch of ambiance to your stay.

Our family had a delightful stay at the hotel with a fantastic selection of vegetarian options at meals. The skiing facilities were exceptional, with convenient storage for our gear. Minor room size limitations didn't spoil our experience. we truly enjoyed the engaging activities available for our daughters.

Family with children find it suitable

The concept of having a mini-depot for your ski gear right in the room is brilliant, no need to haul everything around the hotel. Plus, the wellness area is a real gem, a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes, especially with the kids running wild.

It was a bit pricey, but still reasonable considering the overall experience.

Amazing breakfast and fun activities!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The breakfast spread was a game changer, like seriously the best ever. The kids enjoyed the climbing wall, and we had a blast at the pool and spa area. Just wish it was easier to grab a coffee in the mornings, but everything else made up for it!

The swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities. Breakfast was especially impressive, featuring an extensive selection including prime steaks, which truly stood out. the design of the building felt somewhat unfinished, with concrete walls and blocked views from the rooms that detracted from the overall experience.

we absolutely loved our experience in tropolach! the expansive breakfast choices, including gourmet pastries, truly exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary celebration special. the wellness area, complete with saunas and a pool, was a perfect way to unwind after skiing. we were delighted with the variety of activities available for families.

Everything about this place impressed us, like the fun games room and the amazing ski lift proximity. The only downside was the crammed bathroom layout, which made it tricky to use comfortably.

The breakfast was truly a culinary fiesta—unlimited fresh pancakes, a stunning variety of flavors, and something to tickle every taste bud! Plus, I was delighted by the unique design of the hotel. it stood out and made our stay feel extra special. The friendly staff were welcoming, and their hospitality added to the fun atmosphere, perfect for families!

Now, the connectivity between the two hotel buildings is a bit of a maze. those ramps had me wandering like I was following breadcrumbs. And that toilet? Yeah, it could've used a bit more breathing room, trust me on this one.

The Arena offered a unique design with every room having a mini-depot for ski gear, maximizing convenience. The accommodating layout with ramps facilitated movement in ski boots, enhancing accessibility. the dining experience was remarkable, featuring a buffet with fresh pancakes, pasta, and an interactive omelette station, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.

The bathroom layout could benefit from improved space.

Navigating the hotel is a bit of a trek, especially with the pedestrian traffic between buildings on the first floor instead of ground level. The ramps are awkwardly configured, and the toilet space is quite cramped, which could make for a less-than-comfortable experience. it’s a shame that the views from the rooms are mostly obstructed, reducing what could have been a stunning mountain experience. Lastly, being charged for tap water during dinner felt like a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber.
